Terms & Conditions

Ordering: For Artemis, orders must be a minimum of $250.00 to open, and $100.00 for re-orders. For Zero Per Zero, we require a minimum of 6 items per style to open and negotiable for re-orders.

Payment: We accept Mastercard, Visa, and PayPal. We also accept e-checks, wire transfer, and the old fashioned paper check. If paying by e-check or check, please note that there is a delay of 5-7 business days due to bank processing time. All payment is due at the time of shipment. At the moment, we are not able to extend credit.

Shipping: Items are processed and readied for shipping within 2-3 business days after receiving the order - unless the customer wishes to delay shipment. All domestic orders are shipped using UPS Ground unless an alternative method is agreed upon by the customer and Essentials. Orders shipped to Canada can be shipped either UPS Ground or via USPS Priority Mail International. We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. All shipping costs are determined by the weight and volume of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen, the destination address, and a small handling fee. An email notification will be sent with Tracking Numbers (if applicable). If you have any questions regarding shipping, please contact us.

Backorders: handled on a case by case basis.

Returns: Returns are allowed only if the item was received in damaged condition. We must be informed of the damage within 48 business hours from the date of delivery, and the original packing materials must be saved or your refund may be void. Restocking Fee: 20% restocking fee on all refused or canceled  shipments. Return freight will be billed.
